CHICKEN SOUP
    
      
     INGREDIENTS:
      
      
      
      
      - white onions, cut
 
      
      - ginger, chopped
 
      - garlic, chopped
     
    - black ground pepper
 
          - chicken
 
      -  salt and fish sauce to taste

      - Boil the chicken in a small pot.
In cooking chicken soup, you may use any part of the chicken. In my case, only had chicken wings and drumsticks in the fridge so that's what I used. De-bone the chicken when cooked.
 
       - Put in the onions, ginger and garlic into the broth.
 
       - Season with fish sauce and pepper.
 
       -  Bring to a boil.
 
       
       
       - Serve hot.
