Cooking Procedure

  1. Saute' the garlic.
  2. Fry the pork with the garlic.
  3. Season the pork with fish sauce.
  4. When the pork cooks, season the dish with shrimp paste.
  5. Add water. Let the dish simmer.
  6. Add coconut milk. Allow the dish to simmer a bit more.
  7. Add onions and green chili. Mix well.
  8. Adjust flavors with fish sauce.
  9. Serve while hot.
